Admitted to practise in the National and Supreme Courts of Papua New Guinea. Dan has extensive experience in corporate law and management, resources law, commercial litigation, administrative law, property law and constitutional law. He has held senior roles in the public and private sectors, including founding National Director of Leighton (PNG) Ltd, Managing Director and CEO of the Mineral Resources Development Co. Ltd Group, and Director of the merged Bank of South Pacific. From 1998 to 2001 he was Executive Director of the Consumer Affairs Council and Price Controller of PNG, and was instrumental in the merger that created the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission. He sits on the Appeal Committee of FIFA. Dan is the Partner responsible for the management and evolution of the firm.

Graduate of the University of Sydney and the Barristers Admission Board. Bill joined the firm in 1987 and became a partner in 1990. He specialises in commercial litigation and resource law and is based at the firm's Waigani branch in Port Moresby.

Graduated in law from the University of London in 1972 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1976. He lectured in law, practised in central London, and worked in the shipping industry in Cyprus before coming to Papua New Guinea in 1992. He joined the firm as an Associate in 1993, specialises in commercial law and is based in the Lae branch.

Former CEO of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), expert in competition and consumer law, and Principal of Spier Consultancy.

Managing Partner of Baker McKenzie Australia and Partner responsible for the Information Technology and Communications Law practice in Sydney. Graduate of the University of Sydney (LL.B) and the University of London (LL.M), admitted in New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia in 1983. His practice focuses on information technology, communications and intellectual property advice, with significant experience in licensing, media, distribution, acquisition and joint venture transactions. He is a consultant to Warner Shand Lawyers.

Partner responsible for the Mining Law practice at Baker McKenzie in Toronto. Graduate of McMaster University (Engineering & Management) and the University of Windsor (LL.B), admitted in Ontario in 2001. He advises on financings, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, resources and energy matters, regulatory advice on climate change issues, and renewable and clean-tech projects. He is a consultant to Warner Shand Lawyers.

Born and educated in New Zealand; graduated with Honours from the University of Canterbury in 1976 and admitted to the New Zealand Bar in 1977. He holds unqualified admission in both New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. David came to PNG in 1988 and joined the firm in 1989. He is principally involved in all areas of commercial law and practises at the Rabaul office.

Bachelor of Law from the University of Papua New Guinea and a postgraduate law qualification, admitted to practise in the National and Supreme Courts of PNG. Former Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at National Airports Corporation Limited, with extensive experience in corporate law, regulatory and compliance matters and corporate governance.

Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Papua New Guinea (2017), admitted to the National and Supreme Court Bar in 2018. After four years in commercial litigation at Corrs Chambers Westgarth Lawyers, she joined the firm on 14 February 2022 and became Senior Associate in 2023. She appears in the District, National and Supreme Courts in contract law, judicial review, constitutional matters, company law, estate administration and probate.

Bachelor of Laws from the University of Papua New Guinea (2017), admitted in 2018. He joined the firm in October 2020 after working as in-house legal counsel, and works in the commercial litigation department. He appears in the District, National and Supreme Courts in contract law, employment and land disputes, company law and judicial review.

Bachelor of Laws from the University of Papua New Guinea (2022), admitted to the National and Supreme Court Bar in 2023. She joined the firm in October 2024 as a Junior Associate and is attached to the Mount Hagen branch.

Bachelor of Laws from the University of Papua New Guinea (2025), admitted to the National and Supreme Court Bar in 2026. She joined the firm in June 2026 as a Junior Associate and is attached to the Port Moresby office.
